RESTORATIVE
Restorative Yoga is an accessible and mindful yoga practice in which one's body is completely supported in poses with the use of props such as bolsters, blocks and blankets. This way of practicing is beneficial for the nervous system because it strengthens feelings of safety and security. When our nervous system feels held and supported, it signals the body to allow a "letting go" which can occur on a deep level. Rest significantly alters ones overall mental, and emotional wellness for the better.
This intentional supportive practice stimulates the relaxation, or “parasympathetic” response in the body, and facilitates integrated and nourishing wellness. Rest in poses anywhere from 5 to 20 minutes in order to recharge and renew from ailments such as the busyness of daily life, physical injury, & emotional stress.
Restorative Yoga is ideal for those who are wishing for space to tune into their intuition and own unique wisdom, and needing an inner settling while being witnessed. I see you. I got you. It’s a bottom up approach, getting you to your roots and letting your body process for you.
YOGA NIDRA
How often have you heard “I’m just here for the savasana”? Yoga nidra expands upon your favourite part of the yoga practice. Translating to “yogic sleep”, yoga nidra is a guided meditation to promote states of deep relaxation.
When the nervous system is relaxed, our body and mind functions optimally. This conscious resting puts one in that in-between state between wakefulness and dreaming, where stress and anxiety can melt away. In this alpha brain state, using body scans, visualizations, & affirmations, yoga nidra can offer better emotional & mood regulation, self confidence, and ease to one’s spirit.
Yoga Nidra is ideal for those who often deal with a restless sleep, or are prone to bouts of insomnia. Getting a bit of rest in the day can actually help you fall asleep with greater ease. It is also deeply supportive for processing grief, or stressful events, without the need to talk about it.
It’s a practice which integrates and flushes out your brain and body so you can retain knowledge, and tap you into creative flow.

HATHA VINYASA
Gentle doesn’t alway mean easy. Hatha in Sanskrit translates to “force”. Who doesn’t want to be a force of nature? Broken down even further, “Ha” is solar force and “Tha” is lunar force. The word is the connection between the effortful and receptive qualities ever present within nature.
Vinyasa is often translated as “to place in a special way”. It is the flow of a class and the way a series of poses are linked together to create an artfully designed experience.
Classes are well rounded and seasonal to keep you in rhythm with your inner and outer environment.
Hatha Vinyasa is ideal for folks who feel like a power yoga class is just too one note and fast paced, but that a regular hatha class seems a little….well, dull. We like to keep things slow, strong and steady. A full spectrum class that incorporates all the elements of nature. The combination of these two styles hits the sweet spot. Enough effort and enough ease, with a build toward a more challenging pose.

Private Classes
This is for you if you want to deepen your practice, get specific personalized attention or just need a bit of extra tending right now.
Before we begin we’ll chat about what you’re looking for, needing and craving out of our time together. In our private class you can expect a bespoke poses tailored specifically to your needs as well as hands on support and meditative guidance. You’ll also drop into deep relaxation and rest.
In order to create affirming associations with wellness & rest within your home we offer these classes in your space, or online.
Single private: $90
5 class pass: $425 ($85 per class)
10 class pass: $800 ($80 per class) -
Corporate Classes
Pausing throughout the workday for yoga makes for a more flexible, and productive team. We offer a mid day classes to ease the physical challenges of working at your desk all day.
We’ve developed sequences unique to corporate life. These classes open up the hip flexors, soften back and neck pain, ease shoulder pain and help combat wrist pain. We work out all the typical tension that gets created by working on computers for extended periods of time.
